What could be better than a delicious Valentine’s dinner – at home? And we’re not suggesting making your own. With so many take-out and pick-up options, and even some patio dining too, it’s going to be a sweetheart of a night for foodies in Hollywood.

Open 24 hours both Saturday and Sunday, and until midnight weekdays, what could be more “heartfelt” than going vegan for Valentine’s Day. Sharing a little love for the animal kingdom doesn’t mean your honey won’t find the dining scrumptious: feast on burgers, fried chicken, even a shrimp Po’ Boy – all veg. Or how about chicken alfredo or Parmesan? Next door at the also-vegan Next Mex, try South of the Border favorites that include many gluten-free options as well. Chile relleno combo? “Chicken” mole? A burger lover’s dream, Stout offers a hearty take-out , pick-up, and limited dine-in option for a  menu of beef, veggie, and chicken burgers, with sauces available as zingy add-ons for $1 each from lemon aioli to fig jam. And the menu also includes fresh salads and sides like the decadent loaded tots and beer battered onion rings. There’s craft beers and wines available, too, and desserts such as a rich gourmet bread pudding.
