The new construction additions would rise to four stories in height and contain 55,000 square feet of offices, with an additional 20,000 square feet of space to be located in an existing building poised for a remodel. Plans call for the construction of an approximately 75,000-square-foot office campus at 1200 N. Cahuenga Boulevard. The proposed project calls for the construction of two new buildings on the property, while retaining a third existing structure which has long served as a school.

Renderings show that the campus would be centered on a new landscaped courtyard, with additional open space provided through a retail patio fronting Cahuenga Boulevard and a series of terrace decks. Plans show an exterior of plaster, cement, wood panels, and tile.
