Public Records Requests

The California Public Records Act (Government Code Section 6250 et seq.) provides citizens with important rights to obtain access to records held by public agencies in the State. The HP Board of Directors has adopted a policy to guide the process by which requests related to the Hollywood Entertainment District PBID will be processed.  The policy and the form are available here.
