Join us for the Los Angeles premiere screening of Close to Home, a powerful short documentary produced by Patrisse Cullors under her company Abolitionist Entertainment. The film explores youth homelessness through the eyes of queer and system-impacted young people in Los Angeles County, reimagining a future where housing is a human right.
The evening will feature a reception, film screening, and panel discussion with the filmmakers, youth advocates, and housing justice organizers. The event brings together cultural, policy, and community leaders to uplift solutions rooted in care, creativity, and collective action.
