Sofia Kay began her artist career releasing songs independently at 15, including her songs “Seoul” and “Dance with you” which have since together grossed 3.5 million streams. Currently, the 19-year-old continues releasing songs for her artist project while simultaneously writing songs for world famous K-pop bands.
Sofia is also making a name for herself as a songwriter for world class K-pop artists. She co-wrote the no.1 Billboard-charting lead single “Sugar Rush Ride”, off of Tomorrow X Together’s no.1 Billboard 200 album. The song landed on 8 international Billboard charts. Other songs she has co-written include TWICE’s “YOU GET ME” off of their album With YOU-th that also placed no.1 on the billboard 200 chart, Tomorrow X Together’s “Way Home” from their Minisode1: Blue Hour EP, and Girl’s Generation’s “Summer Night” from their album Forever 1.
