Our Cuban roast coffee is inspired by the lost art of Cuban roasting masters -- “tostadores”-- of the 1930’s, which carried over traditional techniques brought by French colonialists to our island in the 1890's. Today, after decades of research, Havana Roasters Coffee brings you the traditional flavors of 1930's Cuba: a sip of history in every cup. Decidedly bold and intense, rich flavors of caramel, brown sugar and sophisticated smoke melt together with a silky smooth finish.

The new store will feature uniquely Cuban-style gourmet coffee, a 24-hour walk-up window, a sandwich bar, and a bakery with company-made pastelitos (pastries) and desserts.

HRC Hospitality Corp. acquired the lease for the Hollywood location in 2024 and has since completed an extensive build-out to create a model Havana Roasters Coffee Cuban Bakery & Sandwich Bar. The location is designed to serve as the Company’s flagship retail showcase and as a standardized operating template for future licensed, company-owned, or franchised stores. This carefully designed space serves multiple strategic purposes beyond revenue generation. Chairman and CEO Gabriel Martinez highlighted the location's importance, noting it will function as a live testing environment for product development, customer engagement, and staff training. The flagship aims to validate the company's operating model and establish a foundation for future urban market expansion. He stated, “The Hollywood flagship marks an important step forward in executing our retail strategy. This location allows us to validate our operating model, refine our customer experience, and establish a scalable foundation for future growth. We are very proud to bring an authentic Cuban-style Ventanita to the Hollywood area.”
