The proposed project expands a 1940s apartment complex near Sunset Gower Studios, adding 180,055 total SF. It razes buildings totaling 28 existing apartments to build a new 8-story structure with 108 1BR, 2BR, and 3BRs. The project retains an existing 2-story, 44-unit apartment building at 36,104 SF.  Architectural plans show a Mediterranean-style building with a tiered roofline that provides space for courtyards and terrace decks. The project includes 16 VLI units and 2 replacement LI units, resulting in 152 total units. Pending approvals, construction is expected to take 28 months.

Environmental Study Approved by the Los Angeles City Council in July 2024.
