Plans call for the new construction of more than 450,000 square feet of soundstages, offices, ground-floor commercial space, and parking for 1,110 vehicles, as well as the renovation of nearly 110,000 square feet of existing facilities - including the former Technicolor Motion Picture Corporation Building. The site is split into two halves, a north block that would see just over 280,000 square feet of development, including a new seven-story office building and parking facilities. A south block would see just under 280,000 square feet of construction, consisting of two soundstage buildings (containing two production studios each), two new office buildings, and a garage. Ground-floor activation includes approximately 5,000 square feet of retail and restaurant space fronting Santa Monica and Cahuenga Boulevards. Now Leasing.
