September 25 (aka 9-2-5) has been declared Dolly Parton Day in California to honor her remarkable legacy of music, philanthropy and service to others, in particular through her @imaginationlibrary, which has provided millions of children with free books and helped instill a love of reading from an early age.
We are going to celebrate Dolly Parton in the best way we know how, with a little bit of fun and some charitable giving. On Friday, September 25, Amoeba Hollywood will donate a portion of our proceeds to Dolly's Imagination Library! Plus, all used books will be 30% off that day and we'll have a fun Dolly Parton-inspired photo opp.
