2027 Board of Directors Slate
Each year, The Hollywood Partnership’s (THP) Nominating Committee recommends a slate of qualified Parcel Owners and representatives to serve on the organization’s Board of Directors.
In accordance with THP'S bylaws, the Nominating Committee has recommended the following slate of nominees for election at the 2026 Annual Meeting on November 17, 2026. If the slate is not contested in accordance with the process outlined below, the nominees will be declared elected at the Annual Meeting.

Parcel Owner Right to Contest the Slate
THP'S bylaws stipulate a process whereby any Parcel Owner may challenge the slate of nominees and present alternate name(s) for consideration.
The following is the process for contesting the slate:

If a Parcel Owner desires to put forth an alternate name, a petition must be submitted to the Nominating Committee by the second Thursday in October (October 8, 2026).
- If any Parcel Owner chooses to initiate this challenge, please contact Kathleen Rawson, President & CEO of The Hollywood Partnership, in writing to request a petition and packet of instructions. Contact information is provided below.
- The parcels represented by the signatories on the petition must account for no less than ten (10) percent of the total assessment within the BID.
- For purposes of the petition, the signature of a Parcel Owner that owns more than one parcel shall nonetheless count for one signature.
- The petition must be an original (not faxed) and must arrive by mail or delivery to THP no later than 5:00 p.m. PST.
If the Slate Is Contested
If the slate is contested, the Nominating Committee shall conduct the election. By the last Thursday in October (October 29, 2026), a ballot listing the nominees of the Nominating Committee and the additional nominees duly nominated by petition shall be mailed to all Parcel Owners.
- Only Parcel Owners in good standing will be eligible to vote.
- Each Parcel Owner shall be entitled to one vote, regardless of the number of parcels owned.
- Official ballots must be received or hand delivered to the Nominating Committee by 5:00 p.m. PST on November 12, 2026.
Role of the Nominating Committee
The Nominating Committee shall serve as the Election Committee and shall:
a. Determine the persons that are entitled to vote;
b. Receive and determine the eligibility of the ballots;
c. Hear and determine all challenges and questions in any way arising in connection with the right to vote;
d. Count and tabulate all votes;
e. Determine the result;
f. Perform any other acts that may be necessary and proper to conduct the election; and
g. Announce the results at the Annual Meeting of The Hollywood Partnership on November 17, 2026.
