Join us for Move It May, a high-energy wellness takeover designed to help you find your flow and elevate your fitness routine. Whether you are a seasoned athlete or just looking to kickstart a more active lifestyle, our Courtyard will be transformed into the ultimate movement hub.

Building on the energy of our January Jumpstart, Move It May offers a full day of movement, community, and recovery. From heart-pumping cardio to grounding stretch sessions, there is a pace for everyone.

Join top-tier instructors for a rotating schedule of workouts:

  • 10:00 AM - Yoga & Sound Bath with @aceyogala
  • 11:00 AM - HIIT with @maricrislapaix and @thecurvygirltrainer
  • 12:00 PM - Boxing with Lo from @boxunionstudio
  • 1:00 PM - Dance Fitness with Dee from @groov3dance
