Welcome to The Broadwater: A home for artists in the heart of Hollywood
The Broadwater is an 8400 sq. ft. theater complex located in Hollywood on the corner of Santa Monica Blvd and Lillian Way, just west of Vine. A proud member of Hollywood Theater Row, it serves as the largest Hollywood Fringe Festival venue, having hosted over 100 productions in the summer of 2024 alone. Managed by the award-winning Sacred Fools Theater Company since 2015, The Broadwater is also home to an impressive array of resident theater companies and organizations dedicated to fostering a diverse, vibrant theater community. The facility is comprised of four theater venues-- the Main Stage, Second Stage, Black Box, and Studio-- as well as a full-service bar, The Broadwater Plunge.
