Board of Directors

The Hollywood Partnership Board of Directors is comprised of a distinguished group of up to 25 property owners in Hollywood who oversee the management of the Hollywood Entertainment District PBID (Property Based Improvement District).

The HP Board of Directors generally meets on the third Thursday of each month.

2027 Board Nominations Now Open

THP is now seeking qualified candidates to serve on its Board of Directors. We invite interested property owners within the HED to apply and help shape the future of Hollywood.

Serving on the THP Board is an opportunity to contribute to important conversations and initiatives surrounding public safety, economic development, beautification, marketing, events, and the overall vitality of the district.

Board Eligibility Requirements:

To be eligible for service on the Board of Directors, candidates must meet the following qualifications:

  1. Property Ownership Representation
    You must be a property owner within the boundaries of the Hollywood Entertainment District, or the authorized representative of a property owner. If applying as a representative, applicants must submit a letter from the property owner affirming their authorization. Additional details can be found in Section 4.3 “Eligibility to Be a Director” within the application materials.
  2. Good Standing
    Candidates must be, or represent, a property owner in good standing with BID assessment payments current.
  3. Time Commitment
    Board members should be prepared to actively participate in monthly Board meetings and committee work. Board service generally requires a minimum commitment of approximately four hours per month. Directors may also be asked to serve on committees or task forces.
